We offer raw wigs, bundles, clip ins, u-part wigs and flip over wigs for all your hair needs. We believe in the importance of transparency and education, and we are dedicated to providing you with proper hair knowledge before you invest in our units.

• My first time experience with hair extensions was when I was 17, at the beginning of my tertiary years. I started with a brand called Jodier and I was always searching for decent hair that is not synthetic and that could withstand the heat from hot tools. Which then led me to investing in a good quality straightener, but at the time I was still a student with limited funds — I remember giving my cousin a hard time with her good quality straightener.
• From there on the search for better never stopped. I would always plug my friends and cousin with a new “better and affordable hair brand”. Throughout the years I always knew that the hair I was wearing wasn’t the greatest but I was okay with it because it was affordable.
• When I was 27 that’s when I decided to now invest in good quality hair. I bought it, then more from other local brands. They were nice but I always felt like there was something missing. The more I upgraded the more disappointed I would get because now the hair would look good but tangle up and shed abnormally.
• I started installing wigs and one day I installed one of my friend’s wig and that totally changed how I viewed hair. Her hair felt and looked way better than all the wigs I had ever touched. She had had it for 7 years at the time and it still looked amazing. She could sleep with it and wake up with no tangling.
• This changed the game for me and that’s when my interest in selling hair came about. I knew South Africa needed more companies that sell hair as great as that — and I was going to be one of them.
• I did my research and took a solo trip to three countries in Asia — Cambodia, Vietnam and India — in quest to source and sell hair from the countries of origin.
• After a long, educational and interesting search, I now officially present to you Mattee Lush Hair — a hair company that strictly sells raw single donor wigs and hair extensions you can trust with your quality hair investment.
